The team at Mansfield Pollard were introduced to the MyPlan platform by Fusion whilst looking to replace their current mobile telecoms provider in 2019. MyPlan allows end users to connect, configure and control all of their estate through one simple, live and intuitive platform giving the business themselves real-time information on how their users are utilising their mobile phones. The features in MyPlan are endless and unique, and Neil and the team at Mansfield Pollard saw the infinite possibilities this solution offers – such as complete and live visibility, spending caps and usage alerts to control and stop overspend, group profiles to enable different groups of users to have their own unique configuration – and so many more!
